Golden Age Cinema and Bar

Midnight Parisian isn’t on the cocktail list every night. The Golden Age tempting take of Tanqueray, Solerno blood orange liqueur, lemon juice, and Champagne, on a French 75 was the cameo cocktail for Midnight in Paris, and I took it with my three cheese toasty into the intimate screening room of the old Paramount Pictures. Whether or not you are up for a film, linger in the inviting bar (Tuesday to Friday nights) with popcorn and the film star drinks list: Roger Moore delivers classy cocktails, a Rye Whisky Sour ($17), Charlie Chaplin, The Big Lebowksi, Manhattan ($18 each) and more. There are beers and ciders, bubbles and wines, but we were star struck for the Hollywood Highballs (from $10) including the Campari, grapefruit soda and house-made lemon syrup Godfather. After our Woody Allen flick, we stayed on for more ooh la la with a special event selection, French wines from drnks.com
